Guys , see how these people work. I posted this review almost a month back and haven't receive a single call from airtel for the same. Airtel is really a good for nothing.

Again , IFB why you are making your customers fool . After so many days of struggle , today IFB engineer visited my house at 6:45pm and i showed him my washing machine problem . He told me that as per me this is expected but you can raise a concern to Okhla to send senior technician. When i told him... that my tenant also has IFB washing machine and they are not facing this problem, Please come and i will show you. He agreed to check their washing machine. I went to my tenant room and told IFB engineer to come and see . you cannot expect this stupid answer from any Engineer , He told me at 07:00pm 'that i am getting late. You raised your concern to Okhla ' How dare , he talk like that . IFB , i want to know that 'How come you gave your service contract to such unresponsive people' Again i can only say : Worst technician , Worst customer service , You making fool of your customer . IFB , certainly i am at the peak of my frustration . Replace my washing machine or send some high quality technician who knows how to behave with customers . Read More

Calling the same technician again and again to know what next, whom to call. yesterday morning i got exposed to lot of dirty area politics -'that’s not my area, you call this number', 'Sir, you call this guy and blah..blah..blah…; God! you guys call yourself an international brand. but there is no d...rum in your stock from the last 10 days . Again after making 2 calls, i finally got the number of the guy Mr Anup who was supposed to be the area in-charge for me. I called him but he was busy at that time . After half an hour , I got a call from IFB (I don’t remember her name ) and again I encountered dirty politics, She told me that – 1. “Do you know how to use descal ?” I am a technical person and I know how to use . I was in regular contact with service center for instructions and I have also gone through instructions written on descal pouch. Once she failed with point 1 , she raised one more point : 2 2. “I think you have used more than one descal pouch”. M I SO STUPID , U MEAN I HAVE USED MORE THAN ONCE “FYI . I have ordered 6 pouch from IFB online and still I have left with 5 . Don’t have idea where to buried all those 5 stupid pouches worth rs 800 “ Don’t know what is happening –Technician had already visited , problem has been diagnosed and drum has to be replaced . when I am escalating this problem to higher people instead of consoling and hearing , you are playing with words . Certainly I am at the peak of my frustration now . Please replace my drum or washing machine . Read More
