I bought an IFB washing machine in Dec 2012. After using Descal powder as recommended by Installation Engineer, my washing drum had turned black. I lodged the complaint on 04-Aug-2013 (Complaint number = 11232888 The service person came to my home on 5th August and he told me that drum has to be replaced and this will be done by tomorrow or by Friday. But never came back.
As of now 13-Aug-2013 I made lot of phone calls to the IFB customer care and service Franchisee. Nothing worked.Nobody is telling me, when it will be replaced. I don't know to whom I shall call now to get this problem rectified.
I don't have any idea why these big companies are providing bad customer service. I think their aim is to sell the product only .
Very frustrated I am.
