Hi All


Airtel is cheating with their customers specially in 4G territory. Being an early entrant they can't make people fool. I am using Airtel ZTE 4G Data card since last more than a year now(I bought it from Karnataka). But after upgrading my MAC OS to EL Captain, My MAC is not detecting that data card now.


I have raised this concern to Airtel on 1st oct 2015 and after a regular follow up for almost 3 months now, I don't have a solution for this.


I have already escalated this concern to  Mr. Sunil Bharti mittal and Mr. Gopal Vittal but no help.


I have paid all the monthly charges to airtel without using any internet .


I am afraid like Instead of regular follow up with the Top Airtel Big shots, my issue is not resolved.


I don't know what these guys will respond to the normal people query.


Really frustrated with the Airtel Service.


PLease guys, don't buy any 4G data cards from airtel. One big operator is going to launch the services on 27dec.


I am planning to buy 4G services on the day of the launch and I know there I would have to pay even less monthly charges.


PSB my mail snapshot with a regular 3 months follow up.


will not recommend Airtel to anyone in future.

You showed exactly what others companies do with their customers. Airtel is good for nothing.


It is already more than 3 months, I am paying 1K monthly charges to the Airtel without using 4G . what the hell you think that we will not have the 4G anywhere in the country. Please .


Reliance Jio is coming and My Company and I will move to it.

looks like no body is serious to resolve the problem though I have raised this concern to the top authority.

Reason being my Airtel 4G Dongle is no more working with the MAC latest OS(ver. 10.11)

I called ZTE also and they also told me that we don't have a drivers of this new version and telling me to call airtel for this. Am as a customer, please advice where to go now .


how Airtel can let their premium customers wait with No INTERNET at all.

You guys should have pulled ZTE to release new software before an OS X release from apple. this is the way all companies work.


looking towards a positive response from the airtel very soon since we people are totally blocked from the internet now.


believe me, I am not only a single person who is facing this issue. My half of the company is using this and all are blocked now.

I mailed you only because I hope you only can resolve the problem now since I have not got any response from Airtel and ZTE although I was chasing them for the last 3 days.
