Just a day before our housewarming we had our roof leaking in all the rooms. Though it was an unpleasant experience we let it go off thinking it happens, over a couple months they fixed the leakage. We are now here from past 3years our clubhouse is still not functioning. I have attached a pic for ref for the clubhouse roof condition. Out of blue now we have a influential politician getting a bull dozer in the society that the builder has promised him a road from within the society for his access. Why would anyone allow another resident to access into their premises? This so called influential person threatens people to allow him to encroach the society premises and the builder is least bothered. The society handover is yet to happen. With that name they had in the market i never thought I am investing money to just lose peace in life. Please don't buy any property from them, you will regret for sure.

Very bad experience with Yashada Developer. I bought a flat in the Lohegaon area from the builder. The construction quality is not good. The builder has an agreement with a local person to use the society's internal roads, which was hidden from the buyers. Now, that local person is threatening society members. It has become a headache for us.

There are others issues also that builder is not able to resolve. Builder not able to install electricity meter properly. Many of us getting 2 electricity bills.

Waste of time and Money, Purchasing a flat in this society is waste of time and Money... I do not recommend anyone to buy your dream home from Yashada Group or Vivanta Life. This is the review from the project Vivanta Life Vedika.. staying 3 months in the flat I noticed that all the promised made by builder are false, they are just a money making machines... sell the flat and make the customer fool...after staying a flat made by builder I noticed that..

1. Lots of issues in Flat which they do not even bother to resolve

2. No Proper design of society.. they show you something and give you something.

3. No time commitment from builder whatsoever ever you do

4. They feel like they are the king and we are beggars

5. Lots of Society issues which they don't even bother to resolve

The top floor flats(so also the other floor flats) are full of rainwater leakages/seepages.

They attend and do some jugaad and ask to wait till next rainy season. The same story repeats in the next rain. So, they again do some repair work and the water seepage cycle continues.

Most surprisingly, the manager says that the repair work is warranted for just one year!
