Please avoid buying flat from @VTP_Realty #vtpgroup since they will not give you possession of your flat after taking your money. I have yet to receive the possession of my flat, despite their promise to do so in Aug 2022

Project lunch in 2017 and still not done, still phase 1 work going on. very bad quality, bad management, poor communication with costumers, not permission to visit site who purchased flats.

Worst experience.booked flat in July 2017 and still no signs of possession till date.infact the buildings are still under construction.and they keep extending the possession date. CRM and Sales dept keep on giving fake possession dates. Pre-EMI reimbursement are also not on time, we have to take many many follow-ups with finance team. Regretting my decision to buy a flat at VTP Purvanchal, Wagholi. Now I pay Pre-EMI+Rent and still no sign of possession date with all amenities. Seems builder doesn't have ample funds to speed up their project plus reimbursing Pre-EMI on time and giving lots of excuses.

I once was in Pune and when I searched for a proper accomodation, I faced this one. I liked it for real and my family told me to lease the apartments here. I agreed and we had been living there for more than ten years. My family liked everything here and I believe I have never faced such a service like I faced here. In my opinion, people have to choose the best option for their convenience. It was a good business trip and I hope all business trips have to be followed by such conveniences like I had. Nevertheless, I would note that here you will certainly face pleasant service and polite attitude from the staff.

"Tarikh pe Tarikh" this is what you will get when you will book the flat with VTP.

I booked my flat on Sept 2021 for Phase 2 when they committed that the Rera approved date is June 2022 but they(VTP) will give possession on or before March 2022.

Its just 3 months and the date moved ahead to not months but years. Now the rera approved date is June 2023.

I got to know from the people who booked the flat for phase 1 that after postponing their possession date 3 times(Dec 2021) now again they are shifting that 4th time to June 2022. Overall appx 2 years they are waiting for possession. and all they got is just "Tarikh pe Tarikh"

They are just playing with our planning. All they want is just Money.

In short I just wanted to suggest, don't waste you time and money here with VTP. go for other builder. Otherwise next time it will be you to post the reviews again.

We visited VTP purvanchal just to have a look and they offered us a price and said that we will have to take the decision right now and they will not be able to give the same offer again even if walk out of the door and come back even after 5 mins, so we went ahead with it and asked to pay token/booking amount and said that its a refundable amount and dont have to worry about it and also said that they will also get us loan and will also take care of that part and made us sign the form and didnt let us read and said that they have told us everything, we also believed them and signed the form and now they are not able to get that amount of loan for me and informing them about the situation and while asking them to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to them, they are saying that the amount is non-refundable and cannot be refunded and u signed on it. We informed them that we were told that they will help us with the loan and also amount is refundable, they are denying it and saying that how can u believe the word of mouth and y didnt u read the form.

We seriously need help regarding this as our hard earned money is stuck with them.

Due to Local and others feedback we have rejected this projects, though we have visited. other projects like skylight also they have a very poor construction, within 2 year the building got damaged. I am not going to recommend this at all.

Its most worst Builder I ever seen. Very un professional staff from Head to the ground, internal as customers communication gap with the, giving false commitment, not responding to the customers email & phone calls. There are many other good builder in Pune don't invest your hard earn money in any project they are totally failed with their commitment which they had given while booking the flats. If any one wants the review pls put ur no I will call you back and give the brief.

Pathetic experience with VTP group. From their CEO level to CRM to Executive level no body takes the accountability to solve our ongoing problems. We invested our hard earned money at VTP Purvanchal just to be played by them. Their project which started in 2017 has not been completed it. This could be a lengthy email but in short there is a adverse delay in giving the possession. They also are denying to give the compensation which they had agreed via email starting from January 2021.

I am worried on the progress of the property, poor response from management, worst suggestion given by sales to take loan from indiabulls. Feeling completely trapped, one side is the delayed project and even the pemi reimbursement is not getting done on time and other side is the bank indiabulls, i will never ever suggest anyone to take loan from indiabulls, they are slow and unprofessional.
