I would not recommend anyone to go for any Siddha property . I regret buying property from Siddha (waterfront, khardah). Myself is a victim of their nasty policy. They will make you look everything lucrative till the flat is booked but post sale services are horrible . No one cares if there comes up any dispute post hand over . Specially if you are investing in bengal it will be the biggest mistake . Also I will never recommend NRIs to invest in any Siddha property , their post sale team will make you cry. They force fully handed over our property with all major issues inside the flat and falsely comitted that those will be taken care of ( just to collect the maintenance fee) but still after almost 2 years I am still struggling for fixing those issues and they are unlawfully collecting the maintenance fee . I wish and pray this company should sink because of wrong work culture. It is not only with me but many of my known bought property from Siddha and they are going through same situation. The post sales staff is extremely unethical unresponsive and uncooperative . They love harassing customer. Siddha actually outsourced its post sale support to skyward. Hence once your payment is done completely Siddha has no business with you.
