There should not be even an iota of doubt that Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd is a fraud company run by a bunch of fraudsters. Like thousands others, I am too a victim of their fraudulent acts in so-called'Universia' project. As usual I was neither officially informed about the fate of the project nor given back the refund of Rs 2, 66, 000, transferred on March 16, 2017 for a 3BHK penthouse despite several requests.
Dharitri has violated all rules of the book at every step with impunity. It would surprise anybody to see the magnitude of the violations:
(1)'Universia' was a'fake project'. No housing complex can be built on that piece of land as the said location falls under'wetland'. Unless there is a change in legislation, nobody can build any permanent structure there. The gang of the directors Dipanwita Samanta, Vicky Singh and former one Sumanta Jana were well aware of the fact. Despite that they raised money with a sole purpose of robbing innocent people.
(2) There were no clearances for the'Universia' project. Raising money for a housing project without all clearances are not only the violation of laws, but a blatant and deliberate way of looting public money.
(3) When a project is scrapped, the simple rule is to refund the money to clients in good faith. But what Dharitri has done? It has siphoned off money raised from Universia to Royal Enclave and elsewhere. Again a deadly sin!
I am writing this with all responsibility. Dharitri management is full of crooks, dishonest and corrupt people who have been spending crores on the'right jacks', but depriving clients of their just refund. Our money is stuck for years for no fault of us. This cannot be allowed anymore.
I say let us fight it together. Let us ensure Dharitri gets it back for what they have done with us. The directors must be behind the bar as they have no right to roam around happily.
