It's a nice project surrounding atmosphere is so pleasant. Peaceful area with good maintenance of elder park children park and club also. People residing in this society are very supportive. Group celebration of each festival is the great speciality of this society. Looking bright future of this area as commercial tower or mall is growing nearabout this area.

It's really an amazing posh housing society for staying with family. I stayed there for almost a year at my grandparents home(technically mine too) & everything went so well that I still miss being there. I remember an incident some local people entered the society drunk and created a ruckus. Management was so effective to tackle it. The society provides a lot of safety for elderly people, kids and guarded gates. The society celebrates all kind of festivals Dandiya, Navratri, Diwali, Holi. A cheerful environment to live in. SG grand is one of the only few communities of Raj Nagar extension which is clean, stay friendly, organized, and better Gentry than any other society for sure. The only problem with society is that there are few shops available the shopkeepers charge a bit high price for common items.

Another good thing about this society is that it doesn’t offer homes to bachelors which causes several problems in society such as late night parties, drinking dancing. Coming on to prices then I don't know so much about it though I've heard people saying it's a bit overpriced but believe me it's not. If you compare it with other real estates out there. Their facilities and price charged by them you'll find SG Grand is worth it
