We have booked flat in migsun Wynn project. migsun is a fraud builder . Very bad customer servicing. They have charged unnecessary Late payment fee and is not even sharing any calculations. We had booked the flat in 2017 and till date we have not received the handover. They don’t revert on emails and also don’t respond to any calls. For every discussion we have to go to their vaishali office.They are doing mental harassment.

In my experience, migsun has been one of the most trusted and credible real estate developers, i recently shifted to migsun ultimo in greater noida west. I have been really happy with the services the builder has provided till now. They have maintained a high standard of quality throughout the project. The society has beautiful landscaping and amazing facilities.

I purchased a flat in Migsun Group(S.J.P. Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd) in Migsun Wynn. I booked a bareshell unit in their project in 2016 and recently they started demanding money for interior finish work. I filed a case in RERA and after that they cancelled my unit in there project. I'm paying for the EMI's to the bank and they have sold my flat to another buyer.

This builder is a fraud. I would request not to invest money in their projects, rather look for a ready to move in flat. The quality of their interior work is sub-standard

We booked a flat in Migsun Ultimo almost 4yrs back but till today project is not ready for possession and builder is demanding 100 payment against temperaroy occupancy certificate which is not as per law. Condition of flat and construction materials used are very bad quality. I believe Noida authority will not give clearance or OC for this project.

Please save your money, don't buy flat from Migsun group.

This realstate is one of the top realstates of Ghaziabad, my uncle recently booked a 2 bhk flat in an apartment, when I visited there, to see the house, I was shocked to see that. Really it was spacious enough . It has spacious rooms, and well furnished, modern kitchen and bathroom and 1 large hall. I never heard about Migsun amulya before that it provides such facilities in affordable price. Really hard to get such facilities in today's time. Not just this, it also gives you flat in best location with easy connectivity.
