Horrible group

Review on SBR Keerthi, Kattanallur, Bangalore

Please do not trust this construction company. They will promise and then not deliver. The sales team is called Fincity and construction is done by SBR directly. No coordination what so ever between the marketing and the builder. Over a point, they will stop responding to you. Staff leaves the company every given day, so the person you are delaying with will suddenly be gone.

Please do not trust the Builder SBR. They upfront call all customers as liar. Please stay away from any of the projects. They have created SBR Horizon as the signature project and take all customers there to visit. If any one wants to check projects, ask for SBR Tejas and you will see what pathetic condition the property is. Water issue, lifts do not work, security goes missing in the night, high amount of maintenance charges without any amenities or facilities. The work goes on and on in Tejas creating extreme inconvenience to all. They have tie-up with a maintenance company called Ajna. They are clueless of the equipments placed. No coordination within the team.

If you really value your money, please stay away.
