SBR is unethical, unprofessional. Please don`t waste your hard earned money. Poor quality, bad customer experience. Be very careful. They cheat you on actual super built up and carpet area. Absolutely third class and third rated builder. They deploy multiple contractors for the same project and, compromise on quality etc. After purchase, you are bound. They damn care about you. Truly the worst builder in town. Please don’t fall for their advertisement etc. Keep away from SBR Minera, SBR Florenso, SBR Windy Ridge and all their products. They just want to loot your money with poor deliverables. Stay away. The CRM team is trained to be ruthless and, they will create a lot of problems after your purchase.
