I recently visited Royal Oasis to meet my friend and had the worst travelling experience ever. My best friend moved to Royal Oasis, so I thought to give him a surprise via a quick meet, so I planned to visit him, but I was only shocked due to the poor road conditions near the complex. Potholes were all around the roads, which made the visit worse, and due to that, the cars were stuck. Also, when I reached there, another struggle started with the parking. The security guard told the visitors to wait for parking as no parking slot was free for the visitors. I parked my car roadside after waiting for 15 minutes and then went to meet. I don’t suggest anyone; rather, suggest you check everything properly if planning to move to Royal Oasis.

Royal Oasis is one of the best residential buildings I have ever resided in. I moved to Malad due to my job change and shifted directly to Royal Oasis. The complex is great, offering high-class amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, kids’ play area, swimming pool, and rainwater harvesting. Apart from them, the one thing that really impressed me was the high security via CCTV surveillance, even for the common areas. It provides security to the residents and mental peace to the members of the family going outside the house, knowing that their family is secure. I highly recommend those seeking for good, secure, and affordable residential space in Malad.
