Realtech Nirman Pvt Ltd is a big fraud Kolkata based real estate company.
Book a flat in Rajotto in 2019 but till date after receiving possession it still lack basic facilities as well as amenities. Below are the reason to avoid this company as this may end up eating your hard earned money. Request you to please read till end for your own benefit.
Point 1)
Extreme poor quality material. Walls are getting damaged. Doors are getting fungus. If you do a drill even the plaster will come off. I have to spent thousands of rupees to repair it and make it livable but still not done.
Point 2)
Basic amenities like hygiene complex, clean water, security, proper maintenance etc is not provided. If stay here your life will be hell anybody can come inside the complex and do gathering or park their cars etc no one is there to stop them. Looking at the complex is like looking to a garbage ground with few building blocks and some suffering families crying for help. Lift in some block not yet installed. And were lifts are installed is not working properly. Transformer recently installed but supply still pending, hence end up paying high electricity bills to the company.
Waters are not clean. Complex is not at all clean, a healthy person can fall ill here.
Point 3)
Completion certificate still not obtained. Brochure is just a showpiece as they sold each and every open space and they have make this half commercial as they have established shops inside the complex. Indecent culture and activities are going on inside the complex.
Point 4)
Amenities promised still waiting. Swimming pool not ready yet. Gym closed for the resident only for showing to the buyer of Rajotto phase 2. Library not ready. Amphitheatre not complete. Intercom god knows whether they will give or not. Badminton court missing. Cafeteria area sold to someone. CCTV of no use as they are only accessible to Realtech and residents have no access. Rooftop no CCTV to which it has became a OYO hotel.
Lastly we have lots of meetings with the Realtech owner but except fake promises nothing is happening. Request you people to visit Rajotto before buying any flat from Realtech. I bet you change your mind for sure, buying a flat is way far you will not even take the name of Realtech from your mouth.
