The Vue Residences Project by Raghuram Pradeep Constructions is under a serious dispute. They are not the original owners of the property, and there's a land title dispute and multiple court cases pending in the courts. Builder is not revealing the facts and trying to sell the flats at the earliest and cheating innocent buyers by taking huge amounts of money. It is an illegal project.


A few banks including State Bank of India, ICICI, Bank of Baroda etc have stopped givings loans on this property.


Request you all not to pay any money to buy flats in the project. Don't get cheated!


You can check facts in Ranga reddy Court, L.B. Nagar where few cases are pending, and also High Court.
