The minus for Raghav Amara is that the plot size and building footprint are on the smaller side, which limits open space and community amenities. It feels more like a compact city residence than a lifestyle project. The surrounding area also remains crowded, leaving little breathing room. According to me, it's Ideal for practicality, but not if you’re chasing luxury or spaciousness.
