I have purchased a flat in ETERNIS but not happy being what was promised not delivered which SRIJAN GROUP is aware of .Basic amenities like drinking water, construction quality & after sales service is pathetic despite paying one of the high(CAM 3/- Per sq ft).Promised beautification work remains unfinished as on date.Sorry to say doesnt even have a service lift to fit a Strecher during medical emergency.Even Shelf life of FM is max. 6 months before he settles he leaves the project. Really sorry state of affairs .All our hard earned money invested in this project has gone through drains.
