I have been living in the Omkar Alta Monte in Malad for almost one year, and then left it due to noise and overpricing. My job changed, so I shifted to Malad. I checked everything before moving here, but didn’t know that it is so noisy and disturbing a residency. Being on the highway, it’s extremely noisy the whole day, especially on the lower floors. I still remember hardly any night I have had a good sleep there. I won’t recommend it to anyone, but rather suggest considering other good options available in the area at a comparatively lower price.

I have been living in Omkar Alta Monte for almost one year and would love to share my genuine review about the place. It is one of the best residential spaces I have ever lived in. The complex is huge with rock-solid construction, and the apartments are modern and spacious. The place offers premium lifestyle amenities to enhance the living experience of the residents. I always feel at home due to very friendly residents who are always ready to help if needed. Also, the rent is highly affordable compared to other properties available in the area. If you’re looking for an affordable premium residential experience in Malad, Omkar is the place you should highly consider.

I’m writing my honest review about Omkar Alta after living here for almost 6 months. My friend suggested this place, so I moved without enquiring much, and this was the biggest mistake. After moving, I got to know that construction is going on and it will take time for the project to complete, and it's too noisy, even sometimes my son gets up during his afternoon nap due to the noise. Additionally, the cost is also high compared to other buildings in the area. I won’t recommend this place as I have left it. Not worth it at all.

I’ve been living in Omkar Alta Monte for just a few months and really love this place. The property boasts a wide range of lifestyle amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, multiple kids’ play areas, basketball court, and indoor games. Additionally, the location offers excellent connectivity to the major areas of the city. Not only the complex but the surrounding area is fantastic, offering great schools, hospitals, and shopping malls. I highly recommend a great place with outstanding connectivity and affordable pricing.
