Don’t get me wrong, the size works for one or two people, but the moment you pack in furniture or a wardrobe, space gets really tight. If you hoped for guest space or comfort for 3 adults, forget about it. During monsoon or heavy rains, local drainage/water-logging near the area becomes a mild headache, not a deal-breaker, but annoying. Parking can get crowded during peak hours; even visitors often struggle to find spots. And if you’re someone who hates tiny toilets or compact kitchens, this surely isn’t the flat for you, as you’ll feel the squeeze often.

I moved into Naman Premier thinking it’d be “just another 1BHK,” but as soon as I entered the flat, I was like- Woh! It feels surprisingly well-designed, with enough ventilation and light for a small home, and the layout doesn’t even make you feel like you’re living in Mumbai’s infamous shoeboxes. The connectivity is solid with easy access to hospitals, metro/rail & main roads, which makes daily commuting and errands painless. Amenities (pool, gym, kids’ play area, along with a walking track) add value and make it feel like more than just a cramped flat. For single folks or couples who want compact convenience, this one hits the sweet spot in the Mumbai living market.
