I recently visited Modispace on my friend’s recommendation to visit a resale property. The complex was good, offering great lifestyle amenities and spacious living, but I still changed my mind due to the overpriced nature of the property. I had already informed the broker of my budget, and he confirmed that the property fell under it. So, I visited the property, but when I liked it and inquired about the final price and other associated costs, it was shocking to me. I got frustrated because of the broker, as he kept things secret. I left the place and do not recommend anyone purchasing or buying property here, as I checked the same carpet area property in other societies, and it was more affordable than this one.

Modispace is one of the best residential spaces in Malad. I have been living there for almost one year. The complex was good, offering a great lifestyle with amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, community hall, kids’ play Zone, CCTV, intercom, and generator backup for common areas. Also, the apartment is spacious and premium-looking. I never faced any issues, as everything is transparent here, and management is easily approachable. When I moved here, the roads were not good, but now the roads have been constructed properly, and traffic issues have also been addressed. I highly recommend Modispace to people seeking a good residential place in Malad. Such a great place at an affordable price.
