The biggest red flag for me was the “Price on Request” secrecy, and there’s also barely any genuine resident feedback available online. The flats are compact, and some layouts feel oddly proportioned. As for the amenities, they are too basic at best; nothing close to what nearby projects offer. I left with a feeling that the project was more marketing than substance.

I moved here mainly for the Shimpoli Road convenience, and it delivers.


Everything from groceries to cafes is within walking distance. Though the building itself is small, but is well-kept, with the entrance lobby looking fresh and polished. My 1BHK feels bright, thanks to the French windows. For someone who values connectivity over luxury, this place will do.
