Yes phase 1 residents are already living

in a fantasy society bcoz the promises

made were virtual. In reality everything

is of substandard quality and jugaad

work. I know this comment will be

deleted soon by their PR team but we

will keep posting and spread the word

until our society is not made of

standard quality. There are few projects

around HighMont which are selling

units at lesser price and are of premium

quality finishing. Should visit and see

for yourself before booking a flat here.

I paid the token amount but later on had to cancel because of bad review about the property. Initially they said your amount will be refunded in 2 week but it is more than 2 weeks now and they have stopped picking up my calls and are not replying to emails as well.

If you are 100% sure of the property then only pay the token amount. Most of the review about the project on Dwello are either by their staff or fake ids. So don't believe dwello as well.

Builder ne mere se 1475000 liya 3 mnth use kiya office book kiya tha wakad oneplace m office no.209 .booking se pehle badi badi bate ki or fir paise liye 50%payment or us tym m kaam building ka kuch ni hua tha fir bhi 50%payment liya .paise lene se pehle usne bola ki m 2 din m agreeemnt karunga paise milne ke baad usne mera 3 mnth paise use kiye or agreemnt karne ke liye or koi na koi bahana kar raha tha or maine follup liya agreemnt ke liye . But usko paise mill chuke the isliye mujhe follup lena pada or unki crm team or. Sales mr nagraj or crm team sujata or builder mr dilip un teene ne milke mere sath cheet kiya .3 mnth ke baad mujhe 1475000 jo the meri permition ke bina trancfer kiya .vo bhi bina intrest mera paise use kiye or office cncl kiya .kya aise builder ke pass bharosa karna chahiye mujhe insaaf chahiye .jo logo ko dhokha dete h unka paise use karte h .itna bada builder hoke aise kaam

I was go there to see flats then just seeing flat uts good and nice architect the spaces of rooms are great . And the gallery was nice some space is there to sit down and talk well that's good ??

Already delayed project and false commitment every now and then. The CRM team does not exist . Poor construction quality , management is ignorant to address the concerns . I paid my flat amount in full and waiting for possession with such a degraded quality of work. Fake builder . I am being cheated for last 5 years now

Worst Builder I have ever seen. Booked an apartment in feb 2015. Builder promised me possession date to date 2017. then it was changed to Dec 2018 then March 2019, then Jul 2019 then Dec 2019. still no sign of possession. Very Bad and Rude CRM team.

Booked the apartment in 2015 and still did not get possession. Highly unprofessional CRM team and and do not care for buyer at all..paid 98% payments already still no signs of OC or Possession... Do not reply even after multiple follow ups and asks people to sign own created possession deed (without legal procedures) without sharing soft copy to go through the clauses written (not sharing soft copy so that people can not consult lawyers) .... Forces people to sign many such documents over and above agreement to get the possession but fails to show the occupation cerise. Claims for flat readyness but fails to provide livable society. Asks people to take possession without sharing OC.

The builder and his team has no respect toward buyer's. After paying more than 90% of cost we have no idea when our flat ownership will be transferred to us. Everytime a fake date is committed by builder. Buyers and families have been struggling with EMI and rent payments, multiple shiftings and lack of certainty. The project began before RERA implementation and builder took advantage of RERA by stating possession date much after the dates as per our agreement. Moreover the construction quality is poor and unsatisfactory.

Will make your life hell in case you buy any project from him. Before you but they will be the sweetest guy and after purchase, they will stop responding to your queries. You invest 60 lakhs and dont know what the new date of possession. date over date will come but possession will not come. Very bad quality material used for construction. Doors of laminated wood. which is highly affected by water. pipes going form bendroom adn dinning room. uff. what the worst builder. Dont buy from him else very soon you will be here writting another bad review as no one else will listen you after investing 60-70laks
