Good site location...near hinjewadi...healthy environment.... quality of work is also good as compared to nearly located projects. I read the reviews before visiting but durring visite i check the every things personally. I visited other under construction sites on same stages founds same things happens here also. I am sure futur & investment of this project will be bright.... good luck & Thank you

He is one of the worst builder I had ever seen. Myself chasing him from many months for possessions , low quality construction and payment issues but he is not ready to fix any of these. Before registration they behaved well and actually faces was shown when it’s done. Post sale no body is ready to hear and solve customer problem . So guys please stay away from this builder. He is a big cheater and will play with your hard earned money.

Builder is fooling all old and new customers. Sales Team Prashant, Yogesh are shameless in giving fake promises. CRM Team Seema, Sidharth, UMA, Rohit all only running behind customers hard money. They will call you till demand letter, once they get it, will stop picking your phone. They all are least bothered about delivery of Project . Who purchased in 2015 got fake commitment of Delivery in 2018. Most of teh guys have delivery date as Dec-2018 in there agreement. Till now no possession is given. Building is still not ready and work is going very slow and Builder seems not interested in giving possession. In Rera Possession date had be changed. Now new date if possession is Dec-2020. But still sales is fooling the new customer with possession date as June-2019. Lot of work is still pending and it will be delayed by another 1 year. Those who are new, please ensure that most of the positive reviews on the google is done by builder team and there channel partners. If any one want to know the actual review talk to the real owner, you can easily see few owners chasing builder at the site every sunday. Multiple issues comes after sale, like GST, Possession, Quality of Construction, and many more. Builder is not ready to solve on ground level . He just want to give fake promises every time. So please dont get fooled with fake positive reviews at google or at facebook or at mouthshut

I have flat booked here . They said you will get flat keys on dec 2018 then said March 2019 now saying Jun 2019 .. if you go and see status it’s in same status since last 6 months excepts few small progress .Trust me don’t even think of this project . False commitments , delayed project & keep delaying. Stay away and find some real and good project if you love your money.

Its indeed an great experience to be visiting Mittal Brother High Mont Property. After the chasing around behind targets in the office the whole days, visit to this property was one of the best decision i have took till now. Sample flat, amenities along with the over all experience of property helped me in making the quick decision to buy the property here. Can't wait to settled down in my new house with abendence of nature all around.

Location is very peaceful, no pollution, no vehicle Horns, fresh air, good ventilation and lights in all flats, proper vastu complained Property, huge amenities, big size of pool, very nice theater, very good 360 view. Would like to shift as early as possible :-)

The outstanding site built by Mittal. It will very helpful that if the same site will be open in city.

I saw the brochure and it shows the complete high standard life style.

The structure of flat is awesome.

The worst ever builder in the Pune. They had promised us to give possession on Diwali(2018) but still no sign of it. After calling too many times they just kept delaying the possession by saying we have submitted for OC and we will give the furniture possession at end of this month(January). But its end of Jan, there is no sign of project completion.

They kept postponing the possession, month by month. One more thing need to highlight, I had never seen my actual flat, they just keep saying we will send photos of your flat since last 2 months and kept saying we cannot send you the pic on email or whatsapp, because its a rule of RERA(don't know why RERA will interfere in customer relationship?). I had also filled the form 15 days ago to request photos, but they still not provided. I am still waiting for their call to visit them to see my OWN flat photos. That's really pathetic. I am paying my rent 20k+ 35k(80% of EMI) per month and I can say its the worst decision we ever had to trust and buy at Mittal High Mont. The fraud builder and their sales people.

Their staff kept removing my reviews multiple times from google so I am posting it here. I think mouthshut is really true media to post our real anger.

This project started in 2015 with lot's of fake promises. Floor plans kept getting revised e.g initially it was 18 story building later it changed to 21 and then 25.

Builder has already sucked 95% of the payment and yet there is no sign of possession in next 5-6 months. Very unprofessional staff who never respond to your calls and queries.

GST matter is still not settled by the builder, he is charging 7% GST without refunding VAT.

Construction quality is superbly pathetic please see it to believe it!

They are a group of fraud people, all false commitments on possession. Do not trust these people and never get carried on by there words. they are a big big lie.

Ask existing buyer before you invert your hard earned money.

they simply want money, they will take this money and invest somewhere else.

Only the aminities are build to fool the people, the construction work has gone on a toss.

Mittal Brothers are one of the best builders in Pune with different concepts and ideas for flat. Buying experience was amazing.

The Facilities provided by the builder were very reasonable for the price provided by the builder. The locality is very near to schools.

I have booked an apartment in this project and have had a pleasant buying experience. never thought buying a house would be so easy.
