I usually don’t write negative comments about anything, but this time it was needed. I booked the flat in Marathon Neoskies with very high expectations, but unfortunately, everything went wrong after the possession. Before booking the flat, we went to see the sample flat, which was quite spacious and built with high-quality materials. But the one I got was smaller compared to the sample one and was built with poor-quality material. It was looking so cheap, and the electricity and water fittings were also casual. I didn’t expect this quality, and when we asked the builder, he was not ready to accept it. I’m very disappointed and never suggest anyone buy or rent an apartment here.

Marathon Neoskies are one of the best residential complexes in Bhanup, offering a range of amenities such as a gym, jogging track, clubhouse, and yoga decks. The apartments are highly spacious and well-designed, which you won’t get anywhere else easily. The one thing I liked a lot was its high security system, which allows you to decorate it the way you want. I was living here for a long time, and all the residents were so friendly, like my family members. The locality was great, offering all the necessary amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets nearby.
