Planning to purchase an apartment in Pune and recently consulted real estate agent they guided me very well about this project. Based on my visit I can say that this project is very good for living with family, it have good designed and spacious 3 Bhk apartments, latest amenities, garden and outdoor sports. Also it is a nice place to invest that provides easy connectivity to all the important places.

This project is located closer to both PCMA and Pune which provides easy connectivity to Talwade and Hinjawadi IT parks, and have a amenities like gym, landscape garden, indoor games, club house, children's play area, jogging track and much more that are need for residents in Pune. Investing there is a good option as the builder have a reputed name in Pune

Visited this property last week with my family member, this project offers very nice amenities and facilities that have a modern touch. It also provide commercial spaces to make things easily available to the residents and the easy going connectivity to nearby necessary places like hospital, school, airport and much more. Good place to live that is surrounded with lots of greenery and river.

After a lot of research I did on pune Builders, I can say that Mantra Properties is one of the best in Pune in term of project planning, amenities offered and construction quality. As per my recent visit to mantra 24 west by the builder, I found this project is specifically created with customer's point of view. Some of the thing I like about this project is impressive designs, class-apart, apartments, modern recreation avenues, world- class amenities, and the ease of access to all the needs of customers.

Visited mantra 24 west last week looking for 2 bhk apartment, the best thing I liked about this project is that it has designed apartments with green and fresh surrounding, it also have all the amenities and facilities one needed in society. This project is located next to mca stadium which is another good thing about the project. As I work in Hinjewadi IT park I found this project good for me.
