By buying this apartment you get flat which is located as per your choice on any floor but no right onto the land on which it is constructed. So you are not becoming owner but it is improvised 'salami bhara' agreement. One shouldn't buy any flat unless undivided share of land is also transferred to the buyer and there is no interference of builder subsequent to sale of all flats. But here builder will keep coming and do whatever he wants as he continues to be the land owner post sale.
