I recently visited Krishvi Residency in Chembur to rent a property here. The complex was great, offering high-class amenities such as parking, elevator, rainwater harvesting, waste treatment, and reliable power backup to make living easy. Additionally, the apartments were also spacious and well-designed. But I couldn’t book it due to the shockingly high rent. It was very high compared to other complexes available in the locality. Although I tried some negotiation in it because I really liked the property, they were very stiff, so I left it. If you want to rent or purchase property here, check the pricing before you visit, to see if it comes under your budget; otherwise, what is the use of wasting time in travelling from one place to another?

I recently visited Krishvi Residency in Chembur on my friend’s suggestion to visit a resale property. The complex looked so appealing and well-built from the outside, offering great amenities such as parking, an elevator, rainwater harvesting, waste treatment, and reliable power backup. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring proper electricity and water fittings. They are also well-ventilated and filled with abundant natural light. I highly recommend purchasing and renting apartments in the complex, especially for living with family.
