My experience dipped soon after booking because communication from the builder began slowing down significantly as of now. Several residents mentioned delays in addressing post-possession issues and poor responsiveness. Common area upkeep can be inconsistent at times. While the structure is fine, customer experience clearly isn’t Kanakia’s strong suit here. If after-sales service matters to you, this project has the ability to test your patience.

What stood out to me at Kanakia Challengers is how practical the flat planning is; no wasted corners or awkward room shapes. The building feels reasonably maintained, and basic amenities work as one would expect. Preferably, it’s suitable for end-users who actually plan to live here, rather than just investors. The surrounding area also has good access to schools, shops, and daily conveniences, so that's a relief. Overall, it offers a balanced option without going overboard on price.
