The glossy marketing pulled me in for this one, but the reality didn’t match the hype. The show flat looked perfect, but the actual construction on-site wasn’t at that level. The pace of development also seemed inconsistent, and a few residents have already flagged seepage issues. Mira Road’s connectivity is improving, but traffic will always remain a nightmare during peak hours. I'm not saying it's terrible, but it's not even as premium as it’s priced to be either.
