With close to 40% loading and only 9 ft floor height these apartments give much less than what one pays for. 2 bhk configurations are comparable to low cost housing. Construction is quite delayed and the developers are unethical. Current residents will suffer for years as construction will proceed at a slow pace. Best avoided.
