I was living in Imperial Heights in Dahisar for almost one year, and then I left it due to the high parking charges and poor infrastructure. I was facing a leakage issue in the washroom, which I asked my owners to maintain, and after a few months of maintenance again it started leaking from another side. I got really frustrated with that, and the parking charges are also high compared to other complexes. So, left it, and then God, I changed because my current society is excellent, offering spacious apartments and parking at an affordable price. I won’t suggest anyone purchasing or renting an apartment here without checking apartments in the nearby areas.

I recently visited Imperial Heights in Dahisar on my friend’s recommendation to view a resale property. The complex was good, offering nice amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and more. Not only the complex but also the surroundings are great, offering all the necessary amenities nearby, such as schools, hospitals, and malls. Additionally, the apartments are also very spacious and well-designed. The residents are also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend that people purchase or rent property in Imperial Heights.
