I recently visited HS Pearl in Mulund to view an apartment for rent, as my office has shifted there. Everything was good, the complex was great, offering excellent lifestyle amenities, and the apartments were spacious. However, when I asked about the rent, it was too high to afford for me, or I suppose for any middle-class people. Additionally, the owner was asking for the monthly maintenance, which I didn’t find worth it. I checked other apartments located in the nearby area, which were less expensive compared to this one, which felt great to me, and I rented a flat there. I would suggest visiting the property only after confirming the rent.

I’ve been living in HS Pearl Mulund for three months and am very happy. The complex is great and conveniently located near all essential amenities, including schools, hospitals, and malls. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, and people are very humble and cooperative. I never faced any issue regarding amenities, security, or any other required things. The best part is that it offers excellent connectivity to the major areas of the city. I highly recommend and assure you that you’ll love living in this complex, which offers great facilities and an environment at an affordable price.
