My experience wasn’t that rosy. Some residents I inquired about mentioned maintenance inconsistencies, and that instantly made me cautious. The waterlogging issues around the area during the monsoon add another layer of worry. Plus, hearing about legal/land issues in Powai projects doesn’t inspire confidence either. The pricing is steep, and at that level, you expect flawless execution. Overall, for me, it feels premium but problematic.
