I have been living in Emaar Gurgaon Greens from last 2 years, amazing. Excellent everything. 10/10 till mid 2023. But Suddenly the rents have doubled...For the sake of hard working people living on rent please don't pay more than Rs 27000 per month. I am being honest as it is the Max worth as a win win situation... You also need to compensate on below challenges...1) Only good for work from home please. 2) No MNC provides cab here..3) Uber/Zomato partners are not happy to deliver here. 4) Extreme trouble of water logging during rains 5) the malls nearby are useless 6) No good market in the radius of 5 KM...7) Schools nearby are horrible...8) Sec 102 is not for everyone, the loneliness here can get you in the dipression...Many more advantages and disadvantage...but please don't pay the rent blindly and raise the expectations of landlords...??

Poor building material

The building material used in walls is of very poor quality. The bathroom wall could not hold geysers of 25 ltr as well. I am afraid to use the drilling machine, anywhere you drill you end up making big holes. The cement/sand falls from these holes like powder(No adhesiveness). The door of rooms and washrooms is of cheapest quality possible. its chipping off like anything. Spend 4k more on every door to if you want it to be worth looking at.

Very bad experience. not even signed builder buyer aggrement and these guys have eaten up my money. I felt like dealing with local builder not the brand.. you guys are pathetic.. shame on you.. so called Emaar.??????
