Raheja developer is fraud. They are fraud people keep changing their numbers and addresses. They taken money after 10 years still their is no progress in the Krishna housing project. Don't waste your money in their projects. Fraud people

This is fraud builder. Its delayed project from 2018. No updates from builder. They have done 1/4th of construction and eaten 95% of money. Many people have taken loans. Government is not taking any action. There is no option of 0 or negative rating. I could have given negative rating.

I invested in the Krishna Housing Project in 2014. It has been 9 years now. No update and no contact possible with builder now. My hard earned money is stuck and no visibility of handover till date. Avoid the project if anyone in thinking of investing now

Chor hai ye log. Paisa kha ke baithe hai. This company and their employees are shameless. Krishna Housing scheme ke naam par paisa khaa gaye aur ab wapas bhi nahin kar rahe. Bol rahe hai humare paas paise nahin hain. I don't know who they are giving salaries to their employees.

My experience with Raheja Krishna is very bad I invested entire my saving in this project since 2014 and still waiting for the possession But No affermative reply comes from Raheja Now they told us that we construct only 4 towers in stead of 8 towers and also describe thatwhen RERA approved the Project or revised the project . it will take another 6 months time and expected the possesion of flat in another 3 or 4 Years I suggest thee peoople not to invest your hardern money in Raheja's project.

We are 1600 buyer book flats in krishna housing project. 10 years back .We had made 95% payment but there is no construction from last seven years. We had approached ample of flatform. Still no relief to buyer. Naveen Raheja promised us this project in his mother name and he will made project memorable. But he sold his mother. Same on you Naveen Raheja.

Invested in Raheja's Krishna housing project my hard earned money and since past 7years only paying bank's interest on disbursed amount. There is hardly any progress since last seven years in the building structure. They only ask for loan disbursement every time and come with new excuses and new fake promises. Now we know them to not disburse further amount without possession but have been paying the hefty amount to bank on the already disbursed amount. It's very unfortunate and heartbreaking to got trapped with such defaulters.

I strongly recommend to never go for them.

Its better to burn, donate, tear, throw away your money rather than investing in a Raheja Project. The never complete the project and even if they complete it they will deliver the worst quality and it would be dangerous to even live in a building built by raheja.

It's a big scam. Raheja Builders have not delivered on the Krishna Housing Scheme. No information. No money returned. They need to be heavily penalized. HUDA. Haryana Housing Regulatory Authority. Are you listening?

Project not yet delivered. Every year they changed their deadline. Very very poor progress by builder. Staff behavior also not so cooperative.

I Invest my hard earning in their project and they told me that project will be delivered in 2019 DEC, but after seeing their progress I can give gurantee that they will not able to complete the project till 3019 in 100 year.

even when I ask to return my money they just give one answer that they will return only 75% only after they re-sold my unit.

so @raheja team please expla how will resold that unit if you are not completing it on time.

Now I am very disappointed with these guy, they were not giving a proper replay even after I send 20 mail as a polite reminder.

Failed to hand over the possession in 2018.Now we are entering in 2022 and still there is no word from the builder as to when exactly the Krishna towers get ready.

This is to inform you all that in an epic judgment by the NCLAT court Raheja developers have been given clean chit by the court they are one of the few comaqpnies to get a clean chit from the panel. Which proves the authenticity of the organisation, and how they have sustained hard times where other companies are falling apart. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THIS CLEAR THAT I AM NOT AN INVESTOR NOR A BUYER NOR AM I INTERESTED IN BUYING ANY RESIDENCY I AM A PERSON WHO TAKES INTEREST INTHE JUDICIARY HENCE EPIC JUDGMENTS HAVE TO BE SHARED ACROSS WORRIED BUYER'S

Raheja is a big time fraud builder, since last one and a half year there is no construction work going on and Raheja people keep on giving false commitment that they will start the construction soon. I have lost all my saving and in debt now.

I don’t have a job to pay back the interest to bank, I am in sever condition now because of Raheja Developer.

I request the builder to give my money back so that I can pay back the bank loan and get rid of this loan.

I invested my hard earned money in Krishna Raheja Affordable housing in 2015 and they have been taking the money installments from customers even when they had not even started the Constructionguru30 yet for so many years. I have not only lost my money but I am still reaishwaryasingh23ing the loan amount as well.It is already very delayed and wouldn't finish in the stipulated timeline of 4 years.

I am going to file a complaint against them in RERA and ask for my money back along with the due interest. If you have also been cheated like me and would like to join with me in this complain, Please contact me by email on cheated.by.raheja@gmail.com and lets come together and fight against raheja developers. When we all complain together to RERA, there will be a resolution definitely.

Raheja Group is known for its innovative and customer centric projects that offer premium residential as well as commercial advantages. there are no pros, you will have a lot of time do though because there's hardly any work to do.
