I often visit Dheeraj Diamond in Malad for a small get-together with friends, so I wanted to share my honest review about the place. Although the complex is good, it still has a few areas of improvement to enhance the living experience. The major issue I face while visiting the place is parking. They have very limited parking spaces, especially for visitors, which makes it difficult to park the vehicle, especially for four-wheelers. Also, the roads are too narrow to move every time I get stuck in traffic due to the narrow space, and it takes 15-20 minutes to clear the road. These are the issues which I face as a visitor. I don’t know how many other issues the residents face, so I can’t consider it a good property to live in.

Dheeraj Diamond is one of the best residential apartments in Malad to live in with family. I moved here one year ago with my family and am enjoying living here. The complex is huge, offering great lifestyle amenities and maintaining good hygiene. Also, the apartments are very spacious, ventilated, and bright. All my friends often come to visit me, and they also love the ambience and the apartments. I chose this society due to its proximity to the office, as it is nearby, but now living here comfortably at an affordable price. I highly recommend those seeking good residential property in Malad.
