I chose Chandak Nischay mainly for its pricing, and till I care, it delivers on the basics. The flat is efficiently planned, sunlight is decent, and the location works well for daily commuting. Common areas are clean enough, and security is responsive. For a budget home, it met my expectations without unnecessary drama.
