The flats can feel tight if you have more than basic furniture, and the walls don’t seem to absorb sound well either; noise occasionally seeps in from neighbouring flats. Also, despite the “elite apartments” label, a few corners (especially common areas) hint at minimalistic finishing, which is not exactly luxury for the price bracket.
