One thing that disappointed me was the lack of balconies or open spaces in many units. That’s a significant drawback for people who prefer outdoor corners or private seating areas. The area is still catching up on infrastructure, and the traffic still poses to be a persistent issue. Amenities, while adequate, don’t compare to bigger residential complexes nearby. Some early residents even mentioned that possession timelines were a bit stretched. So, it’s okay for a mid-tier home, but don’t expect too much in terms of premium touches.

Arkade Eden feels like a modern, middle-income project that is done right. Location also comes with practical options; close to schools, markets, and Link Road. The construction quality looks reliable, and though the amenities are simple, they cover all the essentials. I liked the internal planning of the flats because even the smaller configurations do not feel cramped. This project also scores in terms of its clean surroundings and the family-friendly atmosphere that it promotes. It is a good blend of affordability and comfort, without compromising too much on finish.
