I was always in search of a cheap flat and that was when I used to read big hoardings of Xrbia. The prices displayed on the board are unbelievable. But when I really went through the calculation and carpet area I leaned that it not worth. Please go through the details of costing before booking a flat in Xrbia. The sq ft area is too less and when you calculate the cost /sq ft it is very costly. Do not get cheated easily. All their hoardings show a very less price of the flat and customers get attracted but when you really calculate it is almost double the normal cost.

As per my experience I would suggest buying from Xrbia developers on cash down only. No doubt they have great properties but you might want to move to different future projects of theirs or some other developer. xrbia is providing good service in hinjewadi. Thank you.

The staff at Xrbia is really helpful. Although I did not find anything worth buying in their properties, the insights on Maharashtrian real estate I got was an experience in itself. I would like to say to property seekers that xrbia is the right place.

In case you r wondering, the the flat is great. It is far better than what most of the properties across hinjewadi and pine are avaiilable. I loved the floor finishing specially. The marble finishing is quite smooth but it will not cause you to slip.

This is really good investment of mine. Sure, it will take lot of time to develop into a thriving society, But it will be worth it. It's the perfect buy for young working people who want to secure their retirement. it's really good place to investment.

I would like to revert for one of negative review that written by xyz. If you’re calculating by square feet then I think you should do it again. I’ve seen the calculations and there is only a minute difference. The price falls right arud 38 lakhs for a 2 BHK flat. Stop misleading people with your confusion sir. I think you don’t remember that RERA uniformed the definition of carpet area:

“According to the RERA, carpet area is defined as ‘the net usable floor area of an apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, exclusive balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace area, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the apartment.”

In last 1 year I have seen more than 20 flats fo r me and my family. Most of them were overpriced for stupid reasons, such as inclusion of fountains, swimming pools and gyms. Because there was no regulating authority, these builders used to play like the infamous Greek gods, and they still do.

This may sound like one of those regular and boring ads, but my shift to Pune was seriously made Easy by Xrbia Builders. I can’t say for all of their projects but I got my Hinjewadi flat on time. I love the strength, the build, and the plumbing is great.

I agree with the people here that the PoCs are really polite and nice to talk to, after the sale. Their nature is not to pick up the phone after the sale, but here, Martand Chavan was always in contact no matter what day or time was.

He kept me posted on the development of the property. I’ll be taking possession soon as I get to Pune. Heads up! I bought a 3BHK for around Rs 32 lakhs. I just got to know that they have recently been sold out along with the 1BHK rooms. Only 2BHK rooms remain.

I am very much satisfied. Most of the time people leave reviews for bad services they received but they forget about what they received good quality from them. I moved to Pune 2 years back in December. It was really difficult to find a rented 2BHK for my family as the local real estate scene wasn’t that easy for rent seeker. Last year I happened to see Xrbia’s advertisement for their Hinjewadi rooms. I talked to Satish, who was very respectful and did not push me to buy the house at that time. He gave me a tour and gave me time to think about the whole project.

The unadulterated positive points Satish told me about the project helped me make the final choice to book a 2BHK at Hinjewadi. I am very much satisfied with what we have been provided. The kitchen could be somewhat better, but the design makes up for it. I got a lot of help from Xrbia people to get a 2BHK at Hinjewadi project. I like the fact that they did not hide anything from me, unlike the builders in Gurgaon, NCR. Fighting court cases is the norm for consumers like me because these builders cheat money from you. They do not give you possession.

Thank god RERA has been applied. I am thankful to the government that they have thought about the common man.

No doubt it is a great property and your services are are also great, It's being 1 year I wanted to buy a house. Jhambhul is a very environment friendly place to live with greenery everywhere. Xrbia is giving great flats on quite affordable prices. Your property looks good Xrbia. I would like to tell much about Eiffel tower project in hinjewadi. it's true that every year millions of visitors come to see the Eiffel Tower and it is still standing tall at 1063 ft. Eiffel Tower is the most famous attraction in paris and I wish like Eiffel tower Eiffel Developers will also stand in the market with pride even after so many years.

I must write that I really like their idea of making a home for every kind of people who have different expectations with respect to their dreamzz.

Seriously buying a house matter for them.

The man here saying of no water in the building is saying wrong. I was see all facilities by my own eyes. They are all work good. Xrbia only a little costly, restly is fine. I am have loan with Xrbia no problem in register. I see it complete soon and live with family when complete. My father is happy I am happy my mother is happy my brother is happy my whife is happy I am happy. I set up business in nearby IT hub, very good opportunity for me. School is also near and near park development is also beautiful

When you are looking for real estate you cannot compromise on quality because you pay lot. When you pay lot you expect something good. I met a lot of agents who promised a lot at the beginning but when it come to reality there was nothing. But I have seen all houses with less windows, space and strength. One of the house has developed cracks. I wish I had consulted Xrbia Developers earlier.

When I consulted them they showed to me many different apartments. I really liked them because most of them were big and lighting house. They were also very goodly designed. Finally I selected the one with more windows for light to come inside. I really liked what I got.

Quite satisfied with my decision of shifting here at Hinjewadi by Xrbia Group. Cool neighbours, great facilities, ample parking space, vigilant security guards, what else would you need. It does not lack in any facilities.everything about the apartment is almost up to the mark. With my decision, I’ve upgraded my standard of living in my pocket size. My wife is really happy too….that’s all I wanted.

Xrbia Project near Parandwadi -Hinjawadi road is very remote. Although it is located on upcoming highway project connceting Dange chowk to Express highway, It is nearer to Express highway than Hinjawadi Economic zone. 1 BHK, 2 BHK carpet area they offering is very congested. Any Hospital, School, Hotel, Stores, day today service facilities are not available at nearby vicinity. They are offering at low cost keeping in mind middle class people. However it is affordable that any common man could able to buy it, yet so remote that same common man should buy his own transport facility to access day to day facilities. Otherwise, he should rely on higher cost of services that are going to be provided within the Xrbia Premises.
