I have been staying there for last 2 years in A10 building. Earlier society was not maintained well. But now it maintenance very well. You fels like hill station. All kind of shops available there. Rent wise very low as compared to inside hinjewadi. My owner give semi furnished flat with rent 5500 and 12k deposit. Also provided water tank inside bathroom incase of water problem. This is very ideal location for freshers as rent is low and it is just 7-9 km from hinjewadi phase1 and phase2 via marunji. You will get lunch , dinner tiffin box with reasonable rates.

Those who are planning to shift xrbia just because of location and low cost, i recommend plz dont waste your money, rather adding 1-2k on it, you will find good property in corporation area like punewale and ravet.

Here there are many problems, which cannot be explained, problems like contruction quality, materials used in kitchen and washroom, leakage, no drinking water at tap.

Once the light goes, it doesnt come for atleast 2-3 days, then there is no water supply as well, we had to fill water from rain water in terrace.

Its been around 6-7 months around even after registering a complain, there is no water supply in flush.

These are just the small problems which I had shared.Rest there are many.

Mostly for family purpose, i would not recommend. Else you will be bussy with your job and your family would have to suffer with all these problems.
