I have my booking in this project. I booked in 2016. Till now no possession. Forget about possession, nobody responds to mail. No customer care support, no office number support. You will have to go personally every time you need any info. Please dont invest here.

Possession delayed, no compensation paid

Very bad experience after booking my flat. I paid them the whole amount except the amount to be paid after possession. But they delayed the possession for more than 1 year and 9 months, and still, there is no clear information about the possession date.


They are not refunding the amount paid with an interest of 9% per annum, as mentioned in the agreement. They have not paid me any compensation also, violating the RERA rules.

Pathetic service. Fraud company. Only interested in getting money from customers. Posession delayed by two years.


All executives are not responding.


All numbers either switched off or changed after taking the money.


Please don't fall in this trap.

Very poor customer service right from the top management till lower management. I have paid them around 14 lacs and iNWS promised to get the possession in 2019 also with refund of emit till possession, however nor till date I have received the possession and not even I receive the emit refund on timely basis. Now need to chase for our own money and Rm and even head of the project doesn't answer or reply to ya call and emails. Very worst builder.
