I purchased the plot at New Matheran in 2017 and they promised the project completion with all amenities in 3-5 yrs.However it's 8yrs and till date the resort rooms facility and other amenities are not ready and if we construct a house and stay it will be at owners risk for all needs incl security(one old man stays with a stick).I wanted to visit the place for past 2yrs but nothing is ready to stay independent. It is Rera registered hence one can put a query on the development not being provided till date. I hope the situation changes for better as our investment has to grow.

They have taken my Hard earned money simply fooling people its been 3 years not returning my money back simply fooling giving dates

It’s a fraud group. Have invested in their manor project haven’t yet got the refund. These are cheaters and how come it’s listed in mouthshut

I have to come to terms with the fact that I have lost my hard earned savings to this bogus company. The project at Des in Manor has many many investors who are stuck because they have paid full money including clubhouse membership and the project has been stalled. The property fencing is gone so are the main gates. Drunk tribals play havoc with the place and local contractors hold plot owners to monopolistic ransom. All this while the Wings lifespaces office neither returns calls nor acts on complaints. BTW Des is a project supposedly fully owned by Wings, unlike other projects that are only marketed by them. Donot entrust your hard earned money to this cheater company.

I highly recommend them. I had spent many years to find out the affordable home under my budget with good gated communities. Looking for the dream home and plot is the task, where so much risk is involved. I went to their office to look out for an affordable plot and bungalow. They were offering me a bundle of joy under my budget. Some of them were good in looks but not in facilities and other were reasonable, but not sure of the security. After reading about Wings Life spaces, They not only delivered me a good home but made my dream come true, very professional and ethical approach in all aspect.
