Let us count the downside: Some amenities don’t feel as premium as advertised, and the maintenance can be inconsistent, depending on the area of the building. Cellular connectivity inside apartments isn’t always great, especially with frequent dip in the network bar. Construction quality in common areas could have had better finishing. It’s a decent project overall, but you’ll notice a gap between marketing claims and actual delivery once you move in.

Vinayak Heights surprised me with its room sizes, which are way better than the newer buildings right now being built in Ghatkopar East. The layout feels practical, especially for families who don’t want cramped living spaces. Security arrangements are decent, and the society's environment is generally calm. Amenities like kids’ play areas and recreational spaces are useful, and not just decorative. My neighbours also seem settled, which adds that extra community feel you seek. It’s a comfortable option if space matters to you.
