When looking online for real estate near or in Chennai area I came across the VGN Fairmont. This complex is right in the heart of of Chennai in Guindy and is close to all modes of transport.

As an executive that needs to travel a lot on business, being close to the airport was a selling point to me, and finding out it was only 8 km away was fantastic.

I was also pleased to note that the metro rail station was only a few hundred metres walk away from the complex, which makes travel very convenient. The beautifully granited common areas and the vitrified tiles in all the rooms in the flat, with anti-skid in the bathroom and balcony areas make for a neat and tidy floor area all around. I was very impressed with all the fixtures and fittings in the flat and was delighted to hear that it had an earthquake resistant design. I managed to purchase a flat in the 3rd phase which was subsequently sold out. I believe there may still be a few left in the 4th phase. I have made sure to tell my friends and family that are looking in the same general area. I can’t wait to move in.

My whole family lives in the VGN Platina complex. With the flats being so reasonably priced, we have all been able to get a flat in this 670 flat complex.

This way we can stay near to each other for convenience, but not so close that we are interfering with each others privacy all the time either.

My parents stay in a lovely 1 bedroom, with my sister and her husband and their new baby living in a neat 2 bedroom place a short way away. My wife and I bought a 3 bedroom place as we have 1 boy and 2 gorgeous little girls that needed their own space as well.

My mom is a stay at home mom and is very happy with the convenience offered by the various stores that on site as well as the pharmacy being near by for basic medication for ourselves and the children. It’s great that we can get antiseptic cream and plasters for our accident prone little boy as well as cough medicine for those unexpected bouts of flu without having to travel in to town. This complex has worked out perfectly for us. It is great to have family near and to be able to interact in the communal areas as well as in our homes.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised to discover everything that the VGN Platina offers after calling to view due to the price being so reasonable.

For the asking price I was expecting something basic with little to no added amenities. After being shown around the apartments and the grounds I was very excited to note that this was value for money and more.

The two bedroom flat I was interested in was nicely laid out with very decent finishes and had a reasonable amount of space to move around it. I was even more flabbergasted when I saw that I could draw money, have a haircut and pick up my allergy medication without having to get into my car. Everything I need is right here in the complex. I am quite a sporty person so the gymnasium was a very welcome surprise as well.

The indoor games hall is perfect for those rainy days when you are tired of watching movies and lazing around the flat. I can’t wait to get my keys and move in. My parents may not see much of me once I’m living there as I don’t think I will ever want to leave.

My wife and I were looking for a low maintenance but high comfort flat to retire to and the VGN Stafford is the perfect place for us. My wife does not drive and I don’t like to go out very much, so the convenience of all the facilities available to us in the complex is a real bonus to us.

My wife loves that she can meet with her friends at the coffee shop, have her hair and nails done in the salon as well as enjoying yoga for a gentle form of exercise.

I love being able to walk around in well manicured gardens, taking in fresh air and being able to do low impact exercise in the beautiful pool. I enjoy the idea that all of these various amenities are available within the complex and we don’t have to drive to enjoy all the things we used to have to travel to go and enjoy. We also love reading and movies, so the library room and movie theater will be of great benefit to us. As soon as we can we will be moving in to our new home and relaxing as we deserve.

VGN Platina is a great investment for me because the house is great and it fell inside my budget. Many other places I had visited were not as good as the VGN Platina homes. I found VGN to be a reliable builder. They made the entire experience a breeze.

Starting from the design to the manner in which small issues were handled to the handling of the paperwork, everything went very well. I have invested in a property before and my experience was not as great. This is why I was very mindful when I invested a second time. But VGN Platina has been able to change my view about developers completely.

Starting from the quality of their service to the manner in which they handle complaints, I like the staff and since the tie I have moved to the flat I haven’t faced many problems. Concerns regarding the flat were immediately addressed and my family finds the place to be great too. My son can enjoy at the park in the evenings and my wife joins him as she does her usual walking. The availability of a convenience store in the property is helpful for my wife especially when I am away on a trip.

I had been living on rent in a flat at VGN Platina but when I worked that enough to own a flat then I started looking around. At a sudden, I came to know about VGN’s another new project through the security person at VGN Platin.

I took that seriously and went to see the under construction project VGN Stafford. At the very first look, it gave me the same feeling as I was experiencing at Platina but when I moved inside to check the work, I found that it was really an advance thing and I appreciated the work at the best. The wall were looked being in level and also other things had been done. I did no more searches and finally went ahead to buy a flat in VGN Stafford.

It was not an easy thing for me to make me feel happy after buying the flat from VGN developers. This I realized when I came through some of the online reviews which were telling a lot of negative things about their projects but I did not face any bad thing at VGN Platina.

I have no idea but till date I have not yet faced anything though I am still not sure whether anything would come and hit me hard. I am slowly finding my thinking to change which has turned towards the positive side about VGN Platina as it has really been liked by my other family members and that is what I wanted to see.

Now, I feel that my thinking about VGN projects were wrong and now I do not feel that something can be wrong here though who known what will happen tomorrow.

I was looking for a home in Ambattur and after quite a bit of searching came across an advert for the VGN Stafford. I was immediately intrigued by all it had to offer. I contacted the developers and was given more than enough information to help me make I my mind, from showing me the

design plans to a complete 3D animated walk through on my tablet. I decided to look at one of the 2 BHK luxury flats. After in depth discussions with the developers I was happy to book a flat in VGN Stafford. No

where else could I be afforded this kind of luxury for such a reasonable price. The interior looks to be very well designed, the fittings are modern and neat. It will be a very versatile flat that will be easy to maintain. The flat is self contained and offers me all the space and comfort I could

ask for. Being in a secure block with plenty parking space will definitely be a plus, as it will ease my mind as to the safety of my family and possessions when I am not at home. This is a perfect starter home for my small family and I can’t wait to take possession of my flat.

Most the surveys from VGN Krona are terrible audits. All things considered this condo is great; I saw more than 8 ventures in that area.The youthful and enabling deals group benevolent to us. They said reality and their status of development up to date.Electric and pipes work materials are marked quality materials. VGN Developers gave that we required and the finished aftereffect of our level was a delightful.

I knew the amount of inconvenience I'll be in because of this audit however I simply need to achieve unquestionably the easygoing and amateurish methodology of VGN as far as execution and duties.

They have deferred the venture for over 2 years now and they will pay intrigue just peanuts. For individuals who contribute and arrange school close-by, please be careful as there is no appropriate responsibilities.

Thus please arrange schools when getting the handover of the level. Else you will need to lease a level till handover. As whatever other standard developer, they have ensured that they win regardless and the customer loses.
