The flip side of living here is the traffic congestion that is frequently flagged by locals, especially during peak hours. Some reviews over the web mention garbage-clearance issues and inadequate spread of the street lighting, which feels sketchy for a “gated community” image they promote. Also, while the community is growing, the street-level infrastructure can feel cramped, which is not what you'd hope for if you're coming from a quieter suburb.

I’m digging how Eastsyde offers a clean, gated-community feel with well-planned 1–3 BHKs. The cross-ventilation and natural light seem solid, and the elevated amenities area gives some breathing room that almost stays void of the city noise. According to existing residents, the proximity to schools, hospitals, and the Eastern Express Highway is a big plus. Even the developer (Vaibhavlaxmi) has decent credibility, and you also get value for money in this part of Ghatkopar. For me, it's a relaxed urban base with good connectivity.
