I was living in the Hersha Aangan, and wanted to share my genuine review about it. The complex is undoubtedly great, offering all the lifestyle amenities and spacious modern apartments, but I still left due to the high cost and overpopulation. The cost is too high, and I have tried negotiating with my owner many times, but nothing has happened. The area is very populated, sometimes resembling a fish market, which is also very annoying. Therefore, I don’t recommend it to anyone. Rather, suggest visiting other good residential options nearby at an affordable cost and comparatively less populated.

The lack of extensive public reviews on Tridhaatu Aum means real-world resident experiences aren’t well-documented online, and a crucial lag like that creates a slightly higher risk of unknowns. So, my advice is to do deeper on-site checks before the thought of consideration even crosses your mind.

Tridhatu Hersh Aangan in Chembur is one of the best residential complexes to live in. I recently visited to view a resale property, which was excellent. I loved the place and the apartments both. It was so spacious and well-designed. My friend is already living there, and on his suggestion only I visited the apartment, which is truly worth living in. I highly recommend people in Chembur. It’s really a great living space so far.

The flip side here is the construction pace; it felt slower than what the boards indicated, and the site was a little too crammed between older structures. While standing on the higher floors, the views also weren’t exactly inspiring because it was mostly blocked by older buildings around. Chembur traffic also makes the access a bit annoying during peak hours. According to me, it’s not a deal-breaker, but definitely something I’d think twice about if daily commute matters.

As stunning as Aranya is, the pricing makes it accessible to only a very tiny segment of individuals. If you’re looking for a standard 2BHK, you’re out; everything here is large and consequently very expensive. With such a massive focus on design and greenery, maintenance is bound to be costly in the long run. I also felt that because it’s so niche, selling or renting later might be a bit tricky since the buyer pool is very limited. And with projects of this scale, construction timelines often stretch, so possession certainty could be a concern if "Now" factor is your priority.

The approach road could use better maintenance, and the connectivity to hotspots like Chembur or Ghatkopar isn’t the fastest unless you rely on autos. For the price, the immediate neighbourhood might not justify the long-term appreciation the developer hints at.

For the price bracket Matunga demands, the lack of open space might feel like a manipulative trade-off. I also felt the building sits extremely close to the neighbouring structures, so natural light may or may not seep through, depending on the floor.

When I was in Mumbai for job purpose I stayed their for one year and that was s good choice because I think this flat is best for me. The behaviour of the owner of this apartment is quite good. You can complain about any problem and it will be solved by owner. The facilities of this is excellent the rooms are full furnished big lobby and drawing room also looks beautiful. One of great thing is that the price or rent of this very reasonable anf cheap you can easily afford this guys.so if you are looking for a good and affordable apartment in Mumbai visit this one.ask details from management authority may you also like this after living in it.i hope my review is valuable for you.
