The flip side here is the construction pace; it felt slower than what the boards indicated, and the site was a little too crammed between older structures. While standing on the higher floors, the views also weren’t exactly inspiring because it was mostly blocked by older buildings around. Chembur traffic also makes the access a bit annoying during peak hours. According to me, it’s not a deal-breaker, but definitely something I’d think twice about if daily commute matters.

As stunning as Aranya is, the pricing makes it accessible to only a very tiny segment of individuals. If you’re looking for a standard 2BHK, you’re out; everything here is large and consequently very expensive. With such a massive focus on design and greenery, maintenance is bound to be costly in the long run. I also felt that because it’s so niche, selling or renting later might be a bit tricky since the buyer pool is very limited. And with projects of this scale, construction timelines often stretch, so possession certainty could be a concern if "Now" factor is your priority.

If you’re looking for big amenities, this project just isn’t built for that. The lobby and common areas are compact, and the entry lane is narrow enough that two SUVs feel like they’re competing for space. For the price bracket Matunga demands, the lack of open space might feel like a manipulative trade-off. I also felt the building sits extremely close to the neighbouring structures, so natural light may or may not seep through, depending on the floor.

I walked into Tridhaatu Aum with low expectations, but the project genuinely felt thoughtfully laid out. The entrance space and lobby vibe were surprisingly modern for this pocket, and the sample flat I stepped into actually matched the visual renders. The quiet internal road adds to that “liveable” feeling, especially if you’re someone who hates constant honking. Overall, the place gives you that early reassurance that the developer hasn’t cut corners on the basics.

This one had that boutique-building charm; small, clean, and well-kept. The neighbourhood itself is a huge win, with everything from cafes to grocery spots literally minutes of walking away. The finishing inside the sample flat felt premium and not the usual builder-grade stuff you see in mid-sized redevelopments. The developer has tried to fit as much functionality as possible without making the space feel cluttered.

Aranya genuinely feels different from most Mumbai projects, almost like a nature retreat tucked into the city. Honestly, it was like walking through a campus; the preserved trees, bird activity, and biodiversity are hard to miss. The architecture is striking, and the apartments are huge, with only two per floor, making it feel ultra-private. It’s clear the developer wanted to build something premium and meaningful with great amenities, landscape, and an overall ambience that'll make you feel elevated and serene.
