I have a plot purchased from this group in Bangalore. They have collected 3yrs of maintenance upfront but haven't even started constructing community hall, gym, etc.


One of my friends posed as a prospective buyer and was told that there are 4borewells, amenities will be concluded in 3mon, etc., of Gokul Vatika This is mere cheating.


Be cautious while dealing with this group. Their employees post 5star rating. If you have doubt please check Google reviews...

Had bad experience with this people. Cross meter connection, excess electricity bill, moreover no body is ready to take responsibility.


Very very poor customer response and questionable construction quality.

Additional charges at time of registration

Don't mistake address makers for being corporate and by implication fair.


They are as crooked as other real estate agents(or) brokers.


They will add additional charges at time of registration.


In my case they wanted to manage margins of sale made and decided to add electricity charges.
