We bought flats here based on the false promises of the sales team, but the reality has been completely different. On top of that, dealing with the civil in-charge, Mankush Agicha, has been a nightmare. He is one of the most unprofessional and ill-mannered people I have ever come across, making life here extremely frustrating.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to live or invest in, I strongly suggest avoiding Tharwani’s Meghna Montana. The management turns a blind eye to the bad behaviour and poor practices of people like Mankush, which makes things even worse.

There are serious issues with safety, privacy, construction quality, and cleanliness. But the biggest problem is that residents have no choice but to deal with Mankush, as he handles all society-related matters, making every interaction stressful.

If possible, stay away from Tharwani Builders altogether, but definitely avoid Meghna Montana.

I regret choosing this place due to the multiple issues residents face on a daily basis, I have two flat in this society. The sales team is highly manipulative, making false promises to lure buyers, only for them to discover the poor construction quality and cheap materials used in the flats. Many possessed flats had damages from the start, and the finishing work is far from acceptable.

• Serious Safety Concerns:

One of the most alarming issues is the couple of huge gaps in the refugee area, which goes all the way down to the 19th floor. This is a severe safety hazard, especially for children, and yet the management has failed to address it.

• Terrible Maintenance & Cleaning:

The waste management is one of the worst I’ve seen. The overall cleaning and hygiene standards are extremely poor, making the living conditions unpleasant.

• Clubhouse Misuse & Privacy Violation:

The clubhouse was supposed to be exclusive for residents, but it is being rented out to outsiders and even unauthorized wings—a completely unethical move that compromises residents' privacy and security.

• Water Issues & Unresponsive Staff:

There are persistent water issues in the society, adding to the daily struggles of residents. The civil staff is completely unresponsive, especially Mankush Agicha, who has been arrogant, rude, and even abusive when approached for any concerns.

• Endless Construction Until 2030 – Dust & Noise Pollution:

The construction of other wings will continue until at least 2030, causing severe dust pollution and relentless noise throughout the day. Residents are forced to live in a never-ending construction site, making it highly inconvenient and unhealthy. Also, there is a dumping ground nearby that might be inconvenient to some people.

• Overall Verdict:

This society has failed on multiple fronts—false promises, poor quality, safety risks, unprofessional staff, and unethical practices. It is undoubtedly one of the worst choices to live in the entire city. I strongly advise future buyers to stay away unless drastic improvements are made.

I'm extremely disappointed with the way our society clubhouse is being managed. The hall, lawn, and even the pool area—which are meant for residents' enjoyment—are being rented out to outsiders without any consideration for the privacy and comfort of those living here. This not only creates crowding and inconvenience but also results in a breach of privacy, especially in sensitive areas like the pool, where residents expect a secure and exclusive environment.

When these concerns were raised, the management's response was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the genuine issues of the residents, they chose to behave in an impolite and unprofessional manner.

A society's facilities should be dedicated to its residents, not turned into a commercial enterprise at the expense of the community’s comfort and privacy. I urge the authorities to prioritize residents' well-being and put an immediate stop to these practices.

Would not recommend dealing with this management unless they start respecting the voices of the residents!

The builder behind Tharwani's Meghna Montana has demonstrated a lack of transparency, accountability, and commitment to their promises. Despite assurances made at the time of purchase, several commitments were left unfulfilled, raising concerns about their business ethics and customer service.

Adding to this, Mr. Mankush Agicha, a key representative, displayed unprofessional and hostile behavior. Instead of addressing concerns responsibly, he resorted to dismissive remarks, intimidation, and unethical propositions, further eroding trust in the builder’s operations. His conduct reflects poorly on the company’s values and raises serious concerns about how customer issues are handled.

Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, this promised appliance was never delivered. When I sought clarification from their representative, Mr. Mankush Agicha, I was met with a dismissive response: “mai nahi dunga jo karna hai karlo.”

Worsening the situation, Mr. Agicha remarked, “I have that appliance, paise deke lelo, saste mein dedunga.” This comment raises serious suspicions that the appliance might be sold off the books, highlighting significant concerns about the builder's practices and transparency.

Beyond this broken promise, my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff were discourteous, and the finishing of the flats fell well below expectations. It appears that quality and customer service are not prioritized in this project.

I invested a significant amount of money based on the commitments made during the sales process. Transparency and accountability are essential in any real estate transaction, yet my experience with both the builder and their team has been far from satisfactory.

I am sharing this review in the hope that future customers exercise caution—verifying all commitments before investing or considering alternative builders—since the staff here appear to make many false claims and promises. I also urge the builder to take these concerns seriously by improving both their customer service and construction quality, and by reconsidering Mr. Agicha's role, as I have heard similar reports of unprofessional behavior from him regarding other customers.
