My experience with the project wasn’t as smooth as other reviews portray. As many locals know that Chembur is already quite congested, and getting in and out during peak hours is honestly painful. Even when you’re tucked inside, the noise from nearby traffic and construction carries in the background more than you’d like. Parking also seemed tight, especially for visitors; it’s not the kind of place where you can host people spontaneously. And while the amenities look great, I couldn’t shake the thought that maintenance charges might be on the heavier side because everything needs consistent upkeep.

I recently walked through Thapar Suburbia, and the first thing that stood out was how intentionally everything was put together; the open spaces, the green pockets, and even the play areas felt like someone had actually thought about day-to-day living. Although compact, the flats themselves are smart with layouts that don’t waste space and still feel homely. What I genuinely liked was the balance between affordability and that mild touch of luxury; it doesn’t scream premium, but it doesn’t feel basic either. The amenities and the calm pockets around the project made it feel like a surprisingly peaceful option inside Chembur.
