I recently visited Vishnu Shivam on my friend’s recommendation to view a resale property. The complex was good, offering great lifestyle amenities and spacious apartments, which I really loved, but still didn’t change my mind due to its overpriced nature. It was a shock when the broker told me the price and the maintenance charge of the complex, because what I was told was completely different, and the broker told me there was some misunderstanding about it. But since I loved the property, I tried to negotiate, but they were not ready for that. I would suggest checking the price and other associated costs before viewing the property.

I have recently visited Vishnu Shivam to view a resale property. The complex was good. Well-constructed, so I got very excited to see the property, and when I viewed the flat, it was quite small with small windows. I didn’t like it much, but thought of buying it due to a limited budget. I asked the broker about the final price and other charges of the society, and I was shocked; it was extremely costly, which I couldn’t afford, and the property is not worth it. I changed my mind and decided to view other properties in the area, and got one, which was far better and cheaper than Vishnu Shivam. I would recommend checking the property price and other associated costs before visiting it.

I recently visited Mahadev Tower in Kandivali to view a rental property. The complex was excellent, offering great amenities such as a swimming pool, children’s play area, clubhouse, and gym. The apartments are also very convenient and spacious. All the water and electricity fittings are excellent, and the switches and taps are of good quality. I was really impressed with the construction of the property. Overall, everything was good, but I still changed my mind due to high traffic in the area. It took almost an hour to reach the property, and when I reached it, I found the area was very polluted due to traffic. I won’t recommend anyone buying property here, or check the traffic and pollution levels before making any decision.

I have been living in the Thakur Jewel in Kandivali, but left it due to waterlogging issues during the monsoon.I shifted to Kandivali due to my office location change and started living in the Thakur Jewel. The complex was good, offering great amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, landscaped areas, 24/7 security, and covered parking. I was living happily there but the issue started in the monsoon season. I didn’t know that the locality had a waterlogging issue. Every other day, whenever it rains heavily, waterlogging happens. I got frustrated and decided to leave the place. I won’t recommend anyone purchasing or renting a house in the Thakur Jewel, especially if you’re a frequent traveller.

I recently visited Thakur Jewel in Kandivali to visit a flat for rent. The complex was excellent and huge, offering great lifestyle amenities and spacious flats with nice build quality, cross ventilation, natural light, and modern luxurious interiors. The well-equipped gym, landscaped garden, 24/7 security, and covered parking make it the perfect fit for people used to such facilities. I liked it very much and booked it immediately. Currently living in it happily, the people are so helpful and cooperative in any situation. I highly recommend Thakur Jewel to those seeking for good residential apartment in Kandiwali.
